When I was first put in touch with Anthony, he spent considerable time on the phone with me in order to get to know Blackie’s needs and daily routine, then he volunteered to come over to my apartment so that he could get to know Blackie before I went on vacation. While I was out of town, Anthony emailed me frequent updates to let me know that Blackie was doing well.
